Do you relate to any of these situations?

You feel like you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships

You live with anxiety, insecurity or excessive self-demand You struggle with anxiety, insecurity, or putting too much pressure on yourself

You struggle to make important decisions

You know you have potential, but something seems to hold you back

You would like to better understand your emotions and how you respond to different situations

These experiences are more common than they seem and often stem from emotional patterns formed in childhood. Perhaps the answers are not only in the mind. They may also be reflected in your body and in the story, you have built about yourself.

What is Body and Behavioral Analysis?

It is a self-knowledge tool based on the methodology of the O Corpo Explica school, which proposes observing physical characteristics associated with emotional and behavioral tendencies. The approach draws on Wilhelm Reich's explored how emotional defenses connect the mind and body. Between body and emotions and on the work of Alexander Lowen, creator of Bioenergetic Analysis. The goal is not to label people or define who they are, but to deepen your understanding of how you feel, think, and act. By understanding your behavioral map, you identify your natural strengths, recognize patterns that may limit your development and find more intentional ways to deal with life’s challenges.

Meet
Eleonora C. Mazza

I am an attorney in Brazil, and for more than 23 years, I have worked as a paralegal in U.S. immigration law.

Throughout these years, I have accompanied hundreds of individuals through major life transitions, including moving to a new country, separations, fresh starts, and significant emotional challenges.

Through this experience, I realized that the greatest challenge is often not the problem itself, but how each person responds to it emotionally. This realization sparked my interest in better understanding human behavior and eventually led me to Body and Behavioral Analysis.

Today, I am a Body and Behavioral Analyst certified by O Corpo Explica. This new chapter in my professional journey grew naturally from more than two decades of working closely with people, listening to their stories, and witnessing the different ways each individual experiences and responds to life’s challenges.
